Our Fleet

Driver:
Only the drivers listed in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the rental vehicle. For cars of category A, B, B1, C, C1, CD, D, J the minimum age limit is 23 years, and 25 years for the rest of the car categories. Maximum age limit is 70 years.

Driving license:
It is required to present a valid driver’s license for the Greek territory and the EU, which has been issued at least 1 year before the start date of the rental. For countries outside the European Union, the driver must also have an international driver’s license which must be accompanied by the local one.

Identification Documents:
In addition to the driver’s license, the driver and any additional drivers must present an identification document such as a passport or ID

Credit or debit card:
The driver and all additional drivers must present a credit or debit card in their name to pick up the vehicle. The card should have sufficient funds to cover the rental amount and the deductible amount which depends on the vehicle category and the insurance packages you have chosen.

Guarantees / excess amounts and coverages:
The excess amount will be requested upon receipt of the vehicle as a guarantee in case of damage or theft. The deposit amount will be refunded at the end of the rental provided all rental terms and conditions have been met, the deposit must be returned to the same card used on collection.

Payment method:
The renter is required to provide a credit card as a guarantee for the rental, even if payment is made in cash. The rental is prepaid.

Traffic Fines:
Traffic fines resulting from violations of the Road Traffic Code are borne by the renter. The renter additionally undertakes, on a case-by-case basis, the payment of management costs amounting to 30€.

Free Delivery – Pick up:
No charge, delivery and pick-up at Athens airport El. Venizelos, at our offices in Koropi, as well as in the areas, Koropi – Vari – Voula – Vouliagmeni – Glyfada – Elliniko Metro Station (Minimum rental duration: 3 days)

Deliveries – Collections outside opening hours:
Customer charge 25€.

Deliveries – Collections outside stations:
Deliveries and pick-ups outside stations are carried out at the customer’s request. The surcharge for deliveries and pickups within Athens is 20€, while for deliveries and pickups outside Athens the cost is 30€ + 1.50€ per km.

Additional Driver:
The charge for each additional driver is 3€/day with a maximum charge of 30€/rental. The maximum number of drivers is set at 2 people.

Kid’s seat:
The charge for a child seat is set at 3€/day upon customer request and company availability, with a maximum charge of 30€/rental. Child seats are installed by the renter of the vehicle at his own risk.

Snow chains:
The charge for snow chains is set at 5€/day upon customer request and company availability, with a maximum charge of 50€/rental.

Roadside assistance:
24 hour coverage throughout Greece

Kilometers:
For rentals longer than 3 days, free kilometers are provided. For rentals of less than 3 days, prices include a 100 km/day limit. In the latter case, if the renter wishes to have free kilometers, he can choose the free kilometer package with a charge according to the price list. Otherwise, each additional kilometer over 100 km/day will be charged to the customer upon return of the vehicle at a rate of 0.10€ per km for passenger cars or 0.20€ per km for minivans.

Fuel Policy:
The renter must return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as delivered. If the renter returns the vehicle with a lower fuel level than what was delivered, the renter will be charged the difference in fuel plus a refueling service fee of 15€. There is no refund if the renter returns the vehicle with more fuel than was delivered.

Booking duration and minimum rental fee:
The minimum booking duration is one day and the maximum is 30 days. The minimum rental charge is one day with a return time of 1 hour from the time of pick up. After 1 hour the customer will be charged an additional rental day. If you wish to rent a vehicle for more than 30 days, please contact us for a quote, as the rental agreement must be renewed every 30 days. If the renter wishes to keep the rental longer than the agreed period, the renter must contact the office, no later than 2 days before the previous return of the vehicle, to request an extension based on availability. The extension is valid only after the change is made in the lease contract.

Non-appearance or cases listed below:

1. You did not show up at all on the scheduled date and time of vehicle collection.
2. You wanted to cancel your reservation, but did not inform before the 72 hour period.
3. You did not provide the required documents to collect the vehicle.
4. You did not have enough available credit or debit card balance to cover the vehicle rental and warranty amount.

In all of the above cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of any money you have paid.

Early vehicle return:
You can return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled delivery date of the contract, but you will not be able to get a refund for the time you did not use the vehicle.

Prepaid reservations:
For prepaid reservations the rental amount is non-refundable.

Car transfer abroad:
It is prohibited to transport and drive the car outside the borders of the Greek Territory. Exceptionally, and only upon written permission from the company and upon payment of the respective amount to be determined by the company, driving the car outside the borders is permitted.

Car transfer by boat:
The company’s written approval is required for transporting the car by ship.

Insurances
CDW Insurance with an excess amount:
By choosing the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance package, the renter is completely released from responsibility for any damage to the car:
The excess amount is:
– 600.00€ for categories B, BA, C.
– 800.00€ for categories D, S.
– 1,000.00€ for categories J, JA, G, K.
– 1,500.00€ for categories V, VA, L, F.
Basic CDW insurance covers the vehicle bodywork only, excluding damage to (windows, wheels, vehicle interior, undercarriage) and damage or loss to additional equipment (e.g. child seats, GPS navigation device, aerial).
A necessary condition for the release of liability is that the damage is not demonstrably due to a violation of the Road Traffic Code.

SCDW Insurance with an excess amount:
By choosing the SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) package, the renter is completely released from responsibility for any damage to the car:
The excess amount is:
– 300.00€ for categories B, BA, C.
– 400.00€ for categories D, S.
– 500.00€ for categories J, JA, G, K.
– 750.00€ for categories V, VA, L, F.
SCDW insurance covers the vehicle bodywork only, excluding damage to (windows, wheels, vehicle interior, undercarriage) and damage or loss to additional equipment (e.g. child seats, GPS navigation device, aerial).
A necessary condition for the release of liability is that the damage is not demonstrably due to a violation of the Road Traffic Code.

FDW (Full Damage Waiver) Insurance:
By choosing the full insurance package FDW (Full Damage Waiver), the excess amount for damage and theft of the rental vehicle is even more limited.  In case of damage you will only incur an administrative fee from 50€ to 90€ depending on the vehicle category you have chosen.
A necessary condition for the release of liability is that the damage is not demonstrably due to a violation of the Road Traffic Code.

PAI – Driver Insurance:
The renter is not covered by “Driver’s Insurance” (PAI), unless he accepts and signs the relevant condition of the company’s contract and pays the amount of: 10€/day of rental for all categories of vehicles.
Maximum amount of insurance compensation paid: 5.000€.

TP – Theft Protection
In case the vehicle is stolen, the maximum amount you will have to pay the company will be the theft excess amount which depends on the vehicle class and the additional insurance packages you have chosen.

TPF – Total Theft Protection:
If you choose the TPF package, you are completely released from your responsibility for theft of the rental vehicle.

Third Party Insurance:
Our vehicles are insured for personal injury and property damage to third parties (driver injury and rental vehicle damage not included)

WHG – Tire cover and glass (windshield etc.):
By adding WHG insurance you are completely freed from your responsibility for damage to the vehicle’s tires and windows.
The additional insurance packages are valid provided that the drivers do not violate the rental conditions and comply with the Road Traffic Code (KOK)
Note, WHG insurance only covers damage – damage to the vehicle’s tires & wheels – rims, no loss of tires (only damage scratches – breakage)

Accident:
In the event of an accident or any other incident such as theft, etc., the tenant must follow the following procedure within 24 hours:

1. To immediately notify accident care
2. To record the identity details and addresses of eyewitnesses as well as any person involved in the incident.
3. Not to recognize any third party claims whatsoever.
4. To contact the company immediately. Tel. +30 210 9227100
5. To collect any relevant information, as well as any document or element (eg photos, names of those involved).

In the event of an accident, the customer is charged 30€ for the costs of managing the accident file.

Reservations:
Please read the rental terms & conditions in full, make sure you have all the necessary documents to pick up the vehicle (e.g. driver’s license, identification documents passport – ID card, card with sufficient balance)
Our company may not approve the receipt of the vehicle if the customer does not meet the rental terms & conditions. By making your reservation through our website, you confirm that you have read and accept our company’s terms & conditions. All bookings are based on vehicle groups and not on a specific car model. We try to make available in each reservation the selected car model, but in case of unavailability of the selected model, our company reserves the right to offer the customer a similar model. The similar model will be a vehicle belonging to the same group – category as the selected model. Also, our company reserves the right to offer the customer a larger group-class model at no extra charge (free upgrade). If you have any questions about your reservation, please contact our customer service department on + 30 210 9227100. Your reservation confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please check that all the information you have filled in is correct. You can modify your reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled date and time of vehicle pickup, select the “Edit Reservation” section and you will be asked to fill in your reservation number and email address. Changes may incur extra charges.

Booking Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental start date and time, no cancellation fees will be charged and any amount paid will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation within less than 72 hours of the scheduled rental start date and time, any amount paid will not be refunded.
Advance payments are not refunded for the months of July and August.

Biological cleaning fees:
In the event that the vehicle is returned with soiled seats or upholstery and biological cleaning is required for the company to return it to the original condition it was before, you will be charged a cleaning fee. The cleaning cost is 70€, including tax.

Additional charges for loss and damage to vehicle equipment:
Loss of keys, antenna, table lamp, lighter, you will bear the cost of replacement.
Damage to additional equipment (e.g. child seats, GPS navigation device), you will bear the cost of replacement.
Damage to the interior of the vehicle (e.g. Upholstery, audio players), you will bear the cost of repair.
